Organising the arrival and departure of your guests can often be difficult. To simplify the process we offer an all inclusive changeover package. 

Once guests have confirmed their stay with you Prom'Holiday will take over the handling of the date.

We provide key holding, a complete cleaning of the apartment before arrival, laundry washed and ironed, beds prepared and we will organise the time of entry of clients, the collection of keys and clients will contact us if they have problems while in Nice.

Also included are the basic requirements for an apartment, tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper plus a customised information booklet.

All of this is included in a package deal with a fixed rate per changeover. We calculate the price based on the size of the apartment, the facility to clean it and the location.
