Mid-booking linen change
For rentals of longer than one week where a linen change and/or cleaning is requested, we will visit the property to remove and replace dirty linen and towels and to clean.
Vacant property refresh
Property cleaning is conducted on departure of guests. Where a property is left vacant for a period of time, we will if instructed visit the property prior to an arrival to check that everything is in order, and to dust and polish where necessary.
General Property Maintenance
For customers subscribing to our Changeover package we will respond to calls from staying guests if appropriate, and will normally address minor issues without prior consultation with the property owner. Minor issues include:
Qualified Trades
We have contacts with a range of qualified trades.
Property Deep Cleaning
A once-off service available for post-party cleans, spring cleaning and after renovation.
Property Inspection
If properties are vacant in the low season or in the aftermath of adverse weather conditions, property inspections can be organized on owner’s request or at the property manager’s discretion.
Postal service
On request, all mail received at your holiday residence can be forwarded to a home address.
